WELCOME TO OPTIMAL PHYSICALITY

My name is Jimi Fransen, I was born in the Netherlands on March 20, 2000. For the past 7 years I have been obsessed with learning more about physical and mental health, it started for personal reasons, but later found a passion in helping others. I have created several systems for myself and others to benefit from and I am very happy to share it with as many people as possible and I am glad you have found my page!

My name is Jimi Fransen, I was born in the Netherlands on March 20, 2000. I have lived my entire life in the city of Dordrecht and wish to stay here for the time being. Within the Dutch education system I acquired a MBO 4 Junior account manager degree, after a gap year while working at a sales job, I felt like I lost my mind, I was missing something.

From 2020 to 2024 I took a different route and I acquired my bachelor in applied psychology. Right now I am working my way to become a school counselor in either regular or special education. I wish to work with students from the age of 12 to 18, as I feel like this age group needs the best counseling in order to get a physically and emotionally successful future. I believe in my capabilities to be this person and I finally feel very good having chosen this route.

In my spare time I of course work on my own Optimal Physicality and also try to spend time with my family and friends. All the time that is leftover during the day is dedicated to Optimal Physicality, where I do my best to help as many people as possible in the realm of physical and mental development.

First of all, in my opinion the name sounds absolutely awesome. On a more serious note, I believe that every human on this earth has a version where he or she has the best possible physical and mental state that is perfectly suited for the life they live. Not everyone has the time to become a world level athlete, nor is this the goal for most people. However, everyone has some time to work out and carefully choosing on what you will work on will give you your own Optimal Physicality. It is just the best version that is currently possible for you.

Optimal Physicality does not have to mean that you squeeze every bit of strength potential out of your genetics and walk around with 100 kilograms of lean muscle being able to sprint through walls (although I can help you with that goal). Optimal Physicality will help you define your goals,  build a better version of yourself, experience less physical pain, having usable strength, speed and endurance. Plus, not being as stiff as a robot who can barely get off the ground without assistance. I want to help you with feeling competent and I think naming my company Optimal Physicality is perfect, because we ask the question,

What does your Optimal Physicality look like?  

I hate to break it to you, but no one is special my friend. Not me, not you, not that influencer who has a zeus like physique and not even our world leaders. Sure, one’s capabilities might be greater than someone else’s, but at the end of the day we are all humans. I try to be the best version of myself and along the way I have made countless mistakes on many different fronts. I believe this has given me knowledge and I am willing to share this.

I feel like everyone deserves equal access to information. Helping one other is a gift and I try to do my part. If you do not see my free content as useful, my paid content will most likely also not be useful to you, which is hard for me to imagine to be totally honest. My paid content is an extension and more detailed version of my free work (with additional subjects). So whether you trust me is up to you, all I care about is you doing your best in order to get yourself in a better spot than you might currently be in, because you deserve that with the right effort.

Absolutely, I have experience helping complete beginners as well as higher level athletes. I have helped my friend with unlocking the full planche, handstand push ups, front lever and muscle ups. And I have also helped friends and clients with unlocking their first pull up, push up and simply touching their toes. Whether you have an injury or even a disability, I want to help you with achieving your goals and getting closer to your own  Optimal Physicality. You do not have to fear sharing your current level, I come from the absolute bottom of the strength hierarchies and needed to do WALL push ups, because even knee push ups were too heavy for me. Everyone starts somewhere and I fully understand this.

I have made and will be making much more content about Optimal Physicality, I do not make this free content to get you confused about training and you ending up with needing my paid content to actually get further in your own journey. The content will help you with learning about physical and mental health, my goal is to get you to be fully standing on your own two feet, without needing any external help. There are however paid options for those who want more and faster complete information.
